We strive to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Due to the nature of our limited collections, product availability is subject to change without notice.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees or import charges are not included unless explicitly stated and remain the responsibility of the customer.

ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and verified.

SHIPPING

Jamaica

We offer express delivery across Jamaica. See our "Shipping" tab for more details.

Caribbean

Customers ordering from outside Jamaica are encouraged to use our Order Form while we expand our shipping network across the Caribbean.

International customers can still purchase our swimwear; however, shipping is quoted on a case-by-case basis. For more information about the ordering and shipping process, please visit our Shipping page.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and sent following the submission of your order form.

 

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, shipping carriers, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Calabash Swim.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Due to hygiene reasons, returned swimwear must:

• Be unworn

• Be unwashed

• Have all original tags attached

• Have the hygiene liner intact

• Be free of stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, makeup or damage

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Calabash Swim is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed or damaged during transit. However, we will assist customers in filing claims where applicable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, product names, designs, text and branding, is the property of Calabash Swim and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

• May have expiration dates.

• May be cancelled or modified at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calabash Swim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
