We accept returns on items that are in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with all Calabash Swim tags and hygienic liners intact. Eligible returns may be exchanged for a refund, store credit, or a one-time size or style exchange (depending on the reason for the return).
 

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date.
 

Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days.
 

Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. A US$8 return processing fee applies to each returned order. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
